First of all, there’s the very useful back-up service called Express Repair for both Home and Business, with varying rates for next day versus 2nd business day service. Express Repair ensures that any break in satellite connection will be promptly addressed to minimize interruptions in work flow. Express Repair might either involve customer service over the phone or repair and diagnostic work done by a HughesNet technician at your home.
HughesNet extra options encompass such features as Security Suite, domain parking and domain-based e-mail (with an address of @Hughes.net). Each account has 2 GB of storage and is compatible with any email client that supports Pop3 and SMTP protocols.
